I came here with my girlfriend for Valentines Day 💝 and I got the sweetheart special. One word AWESOME! Manual and Mia are great! Definitely recommend it's worth it!

Went here again today, and it’s always a wonderful experience. I love the oils they use and the music they choose. All the therapists I’ve had are excellent. Today, Ethan did an amazing job of helping ease my tension (especially in my shoulders where I needed some work the most), and I felt so relaxed. Parking is easy with the street meter app and a few spots in the back, plus the location is perfect for walking right over to Cannery Row before or after. This boutique spa has a very quiet and unhurried atmosphere. Love this place!

Got the half day special which included massage, facial and pedicure. Massage by Ethan was great, and facial by Madeline (may have name slightly wrong) was good too. However, the pedicure was poor—hence the 3 star rating. The young lady was rough and did not appear to be properly skilled. She ended up cutting my skin open on end of my big toe when clipping my nails. She apologized but by then I was tense and all my relaxation and good vibes from massage and facial evaporated. I jerked a few times in reaction to her continued roughness and finally declined the color and just requested she buff my nails as I figured she’d at least be able to do that easily. Buffing effort was minimal and had no discernible results. There was still a yellowish cast to my toenails from having polish previously. I quickly left without saying anything. I just did not want to deal with it since I would never return there. I regret that I didn’t call back and ask for the owner so they could get her some training. Her name started with a T. She was sweet but a terrible nail tech.

I booked a couples massage for our visit to Monterey. The ambiance was great from the moment we walked in. Ethan and Manuel did amazing jobs on our massages, paying attention to areas of concern for both of us. We will be back!

Me and my husband enjoy them with 30 mnt in jacuzzi and 50 mnt massage, was so good. Ethan is really really good. Recommended
