Crisp white linens on the bed. No weird “motel smells” even with carpet in the rooms. Cute, well kept flower boxes outside the window (otherwise looking out into a busy street and park beyond - I actually kept my blinds up to see the flowers, which I otherwise would not have done). And an adorable gas fireplace for heat. Desk, microwave, fridge and clean roomy bathroom. Very good value. Edit: I should mention for light sleepers that yes, you can hear cars passing by. I do wonder if the doors could possibly be sealed better to minimize that. Did not bother me though.

Clean room. Has Tesla charging station that guests can use free of charge. A little noisy from cars passing by on the road. Other than that, a good stay.

Cute & Clean room to lay our heads for 9 hrs before getting out early the next morning for pastries and coffee within walking distance. So much within walking distance so the location is awesome! This is such a cute Inn!! The room was cute too with a fireplace (we didn't use). And the kind gentleman at Check In was helpful, kind, and very informative. Definitely memorable where we said he was so nice we are definitely going to stay there again in the future. The room was cute and clean which was what was important to me, as we do not spend much time in the room and only need a place to sleep when we come to Monterey as we are mostly out and about shopping, eating, and at the beach. Would highly recommend this spot.

Great location, Downtown Monterey is just a 10min walk, Carmel just a couple minutes drive. Too much bleach usage when cleaning the room, had to air the room for couple of hrs...

Great place for a stay in Monterey. Very friendly staff and very comfortable beds. Overall I would definitely choose to stay here again.
