I love this beach it's only 15 min from cannery row. It's hidden behind some housing. I love that it's the same cold water and white sand like Carmel but with less people and dogs. Parking is always easy. The only downside is there's no restrooms.

Del Monte Beach is the basis for many of my childhood memories, and the first place I go to whenever I come back to the MBA. Parking is usually available, and it is always kept clean. Once your feet touch the wooden boardwalk you know you walking on history and the view is spectacular. Sunsets here are epic and it is a great place to start and finish a walk.

Great beach! 🏖️ Great spot to have a beautiful view of Monterey and Pacific Grove coast. There is definitely no overnight parking but some people Park more towards the left of the residence instead of on the right facing the beach. There are public porta potties at the end of the road. Not the cleanest but it is definitely worth it when you need to go. There are 2 public parking spots and 2 for handicap ♿. First come first serve 👀 Not lit at all at night BUT it is low traffic on non holiday days. Enjoy!

The beach was not clean and there are flies everywhere we visited this place on Christmas eve as many near by beaches are super busy. I don’t recommend this beach if you are visiting first time. There is enough parking and easy access to many restaurants.

Excellent clean beach with decent parking and access with not many stairs etc. Kids and grownups can have great time. Not too crowded too. There are no rest rooms or showers though. It was beautiful sunset view here with moon rise on other side. Very peaceful atmosphere!
