We really enjoyed our time here. May he 10 min walk from the gondola (with ski boots), access to covered parking and very conveniently located if you're planning on going skiing at Heavenly. I wouldn't say that the rooms are newly renovated but it serves the purpose for a ski trip. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all.

Great location, ideal for the gondola at a more reasonable price. Rooms were large and had the amenities you need. However it does look aged, the corridors smelt a little bad and the pool and hot tub areas are not inviting at all and this was something we were really looking forward to. But we couldn’t bring ourselves to use them - they looked pretty bleak and with no robes available, it was a freezing cold journey back to your room if you did. Breakfast was adequate and a decent selection to fuel you for the slopes. A very nice touch was the evening events like wine hour and treats like smores, ice cream and hot chocolate evenings. It has the potential to be a great hotel but it’s showing its age a little.

Excellent location, rooms a little dated in the building we were in. Kind of pricey, but probably normal for the Lake Tahoe area. We had a nice large sweet with 1 bedroom. Heater works great a bit louder than I like. Overall a great place to stay.

The hotel is located 2 min away from the gondala which was super convenient. We stayed in a suite for three nights with breakfast included. Our room felt like it was from the '90s; the kitchen didn’t have a dishwasher, and the heating system was very loud. However, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere. There were many kids around, and the game room had an old-school vibe. My kids still enjoyed playing Pac-Man, though! They could have some board games or something more for younger kids. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was fine .

Great affordable place to stay breakfast is great every morning front desk workers are nice and friendly and get you what you need to make your stay comfortable. The free events they do all week are a great touch. 10/10 will be staying here again! Super close to gondola and transit center for catching shuttles to stagecoach
