1. We loved the price, customization of meals, and quantity and range of food offered. 2. The wait time was 25 minutes longer than the original 30 minutes we were told which was a bummer. 3. The buffet style was not our favorite. It was a bit cramped and for a hypochondriac like myself you worry about others touching what you touch ( but we signed up for it, so that’s okay). I really appreciated the requirement of using gloves. 4. The buffet bowls: these bowls are very tiny. I am sure this is to combat food waste, but we wish they were a bit bigger. 5. The cooking of the food: the chefs were awesome! I appreciate their energy and enthusiasm. When they did tricks however sometimes the sauce cups would get on the floor and we know they get cleaned, but it makes your mind wonder about where your sauce cup was before. Overall we have a great evening and enjoyed our time!

We were waiting in line to set a time when another person came and cut in line and the manager well that's what she said she was said that the person was Already in line. They took our name down and we proceeded to wait close to an hour. We received a text to be seated and was seated and then the manager who also said she was the Owner said she was refusing service to us that, that's her right to do but a very poor way to do so cause if that's the case then why take our mane make us wait and then seat us to un seat us infront of a full restaurant. I have been in retail on the food side for over 25 years and it's hard to believe someone like that running any business that deals with customer service as this may be the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant in Tahoe and we eat at all the fine restaurants in town. If she isn't the owner I would assume the owner or corporate office will take Action. Very disappointed. Thanks for replying, but the language only happened after you forced us out claiming to be the owner but obviously from your reply that too was a lie, then letting us put a reservation in and then while being seated you rushed over and unseated my wife and kids making the scene not us and after reading your latest reviews it makes perfect sense that your service is the way it is. Also I don't take kindly to people pushing into my wife and as a owner there is such a better way to handle things. Your customer service reflects your recent reviews and you should find new management that actually knows how to deal with it's customers and doesn't lie or put hands on its customers. Also i didn't say anything rude to you staff or manager until your manager acted the way she did and it was on the way out. Sorry to say this but if you think your manager was in the right maybe the problem is with you setting low expectations.

This place is AMAZING! Definitely worth the visit. If you want barbecue grill, or searching for an all you can eat buffet, this is the perfect place for you! I have gone here many times, and everything seem to go well. The prices for the all you can eat bowls are $30 for adults, and about $15 for kids. There is a live interactive grill, which you can put anything there, and the chefs will grill it right in front of your eyes, it’s soooo exciting! And even if you pick the worst combination, with the sauce it will taste super good… One time my chicken got medium grilled, and I hope this place improves their grilling system by telling you how you want your meat to be cooked. Cool place, worth the visit and money!
