We had to wait over an hour to get in, but it was absolutely worth it! We ordered the Curry Chicken Pizza and Mac and Cheese—they were both incredibly delicious, and I highly recommend them. The service was excellent, and they offer a great selection of cocktails and beers. The restaurant is also in a great location, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal.

Visited this place when visiting Lake Tahoe for the holidays.. We were craving pizza, and saw this place, The pizza was good, i think our selection was a bit off, although it was a bit more saucy and sweet than expected.. it definitely good in taste.. the drinks were better, lot of draft options and cocktails too.. Prices are borderline highish.. but that can be expected given its a tourist town.. There was live music going on, it was pretty cozy environment.. I will definitely recommend this place and try out other pizzas (less saucy) and more meaty next time..

Base Camp Pizza is a place you must go to when you’re in South Lake Tahoe. I can’t eat too much dairy, but I would take the risk to eat the pizza at Base Camp Pizza. This place gets packed and I would normally sit at the bar. It’s also easier to get service at the bar. I ordered a personal Base Camp Pizza and a Classic Caesar Salad. The pizza came out nice and fresh and was quite tasty! The caesar salad was good to balance off and to pair with the pizza. It made me feel somewhat healthy. I would like to come back more often to try the other items on the menu!

Is a must try pace to eat, if you are nearby. (If you are looking to eat here from 5-8 is a waiting time of approximately 1 hour in the weekends call ahead to find out the waiting time. ) Staring with the hostess to the server to the kitchen staff all is a very pleasant experience. The pizza is a must here at this place. The fry’s and the ranch dressing is the best. You’ll find good restaurants around the area but we came here Twice in a week so that tells you how much we loved it 🥰 this is a great restaurant. They even have live music at the patio. Amazing food, great service. The hummus appetizer is incredible. Delicious olives, creamy hummus, and tangy feta paired with crispy, perfectly seasoned pita slices. Everyone loved it. Pasta and pizza were great as well! And the gluten-free pizza has a thick, fluffy crust - it was even better than the gluten crust!
