The server was good and friendly. Good hot sake & beer. I ordered: • BBQ albacore: 10/10 – I can’t eat very spicy food, so it was good. • Scallop with mushrooms: 9/10 – The seaweed didn’t match well. • Heavenly roll: 7/10 – Just fine. • Seared albacore: 6/10 – The caramelized onions didn’t pair well with the sashimi. Also, pricey for only four pieces. • Miso soup: 4/10 – Too salty

Wow—The Naked Fish is by far one of the best sushi spots I’ve ever eaten at and you cannot beat the price! We ordered 6 rolls for about $120 which is far from reality compared to where we’re located. The signatures rolls were innovative and scrumptious. Beautifully presented and typically dishes that usually seem basic were totally elevated. The staff were friendly and a lot of fun, and the overall vibe was this hip style with mellow locals that really made the spot feel cozy and familiar. Definitely will be coming to eat here again next time I’m in Tahoe!

Thought this was going to be just another average sushi spot, but I was seriously impressed. While we waited for a table, the hostess gave us free sake, and the sushi chefs were super engaging—had us laughing the whole time. The food? Amazing. I’m pretty critical when it comes to sushi, and this was pretty damn good, especially for a small town in Nevada. The vibe is upbeat and artsy but still feels intimate, and the staff make you feel at home. Definitely worth the stop!

One of my favorite sushi spot. they are great, hands down🤩 one of the best sushi spots. Food is fresh and all the rolls are yummy, stunna is my favorite with seared lemon on top…the appetizers are also a hit pork belly is bomba! Staff: Mindy is so kind and helpful, the chefs making all the magic happen 😻 are great! dined there all the 3 nights we were there awhile ago then back this summer twice :) Order the special rolls and you won’t regret it! The classics are also good. My grandma is visiting from Brazil and of course I had to bring her to the naked fish for some all time best sushi ever :) again this place never disappoints…. All around an A+ service atmosphere and food.

So delicious! A nice variety of appetizers and rolls. Service was great as well. Expect to wait for dinner, but it is worth the wait!
