From the moment we arrived at The Landing Resort & Spa in Lake Tahoe, our experience was nothing short of spectacular. Our group of 12 was warmly welcomed with glasses of champagne, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure we felt pampered and taken care of. The team was not only accommodating and friendly, but they also provided complimentary transportation within a two-mile radius, making it effortless to explore the area. Whether we needed recommendations, reservations, or a ride to a nearby destination, the staff was always eager to assist with a smile. Bartender was also amazing with recommendations!

It's hard to find hotels worth the money now a days. We felt it was worth every penny here. They had so many cute little touches that were very appreciated including comfortable beds and GOOD coffee in the room!! Very friendly people, free shuttle service and the view from the patio is amazing. We will be back!

My husband and I had been visiting South Lake Tahoe the past 7 years and I had always dreamed of staying at this hotel during our walks. We finally had the opportunity to stay here for our wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 3 nights and were impressed with what this resort has to offer. The check in was seamless. Staff checked us in, walked us to our room, and showed us what the room had to offer. We chose the premier king room which included a bath tub with jets and a balcony. The room also had a fireplace and heated bathroom floors and toilet seat. We also tried out the spa services at the resort. I got the coffee coconut wrap and my husband tried the peak recovery massage. We requested the couples treatment room for our services. Christina and Alex were great. This was our first time getting spa treatments done and we had a fun and relaxing experience. We ended the spa treatment with the steam room. Complimentary shuttle service was easy and convenient. We got a couple rides to the Heavenly Village some days. We also tried Jimmys Restaurant for happy hour. We got the charcuterie and turkey melt and for dessert we did the banana fosters and lava cake. We drank spicy margaritas and they were fantastic! We hope to come back soon!

We booked one night at The Landing Tahoe Resort & Spa, but a heavy snow storm left us stranded on the road. Under this unexpected circumstance, we called the hotel staff late at night and requested to reschedule our stay. Carlo and his manager were incredibly helpful, coordinating our last-minute request and rescheduling our reservation for the next day. They even allowed us to check in early at 11:00 am when we arrived the next morning. Our stay was wonderful, and everything was perfectly set up in our room. Huge thanks to Carlo and all the hotel staff for their understanding, patience, and exceptional hospitality!
