Honestly, this stay compared to our last was some how much worse. Like last time the water in the shower would not get hot enough and would make loud noises when turned on. It sounded like this affected other tenants because you could hear this sound across the walls of other rooms. Our bed sheets had stains on them and the room only came with three pillows(which sounds petty, but last time we had four which is typically standard for a room pretty much anywhere). Also, the A/C unit was extremely noisy and one of the rooms lights was not working. During our check in the man at the front desk who was helping us was a bit rude. Even though we told the front desk we would be staying for two nights they only put us down for one. Furthermore, when we received the cards for the same room, neither of them worked to open our door. At check out when asking for a late check out we were only given 15 minutes when last time we had received an hour. Finally, they had put us in a room next to noisy tenets even though the place was less than half full. The best part about this stay was its proximity to a few restaurants and the 10% discount you get at Denny’s, which sits across the parking lot from the lobby. If you’re looking for affordable options in SLO your money is best spent somewhere else.

Pleasantly surprised! Manager was friendly and attentive. He called us to confirm our stay. He told us about local places to go. The room was decent. It was mostly clean and smelled nice. Everything was clean but the sheets had some debris. Some broken outlet covers, stains on the wall. Water pipes in the shower made a funny noise. Very minor things. Well worth the price we paid!

The room was spacious and comfortable! The only downside was the water pressure and loud noise that echos down the rooms while using hot water. The front desk clerk was quick to address the problem in my room and even made sure the water was hot enough! I booked the room with AirBnb and paid a decent price for my 26 night stay! I would stay again, maybe for a negotiated price and different room.

The room was spacious and clean but the pillows were lumpy and the shower made a loud noise and sputtered each time we used it. The water in the shower also didn’t stay hot very long. And the walls were so thin I could hear the same noise coming from the showers in the adjacent rooms.the water from the sink also smelled very bad.

Nice size room and comfy bed, except for the pillows. Way too soft. Could not close the shutters over the window tight enough and it was very bright in the room from the outside lights. Nice deal for 10% off at Denny's next door.
