Stayed in a suite room with 2 queen size beds and 1 king. Our room in particular was probably in a more worse condition relative to our peers. From the beginning, the room was pretty filthy. Very dusty, everyone could not stop sneezing. One of the rooms had a horrible sour smell emanating from it, with half a rotten cucumber on the closet floor. The key card worked horribly when trying to get into the hotel room. It would buzz green on the door but you would have to wait 10 seconds every time before the gears on the lock would unlock; else you’d be stuck outside. Even after getting the card reset at the front lobby, it still sucked. One of the light switches was broken in the main common area, making it very difficult to sleep in the dark. Not to mention that all second floor balconies have a bright patio light that you CANNOT turn off or shade. Unless you find the circuit breaker in your room to turn off the lights, it’s pretty absurd.

So many bad reviews, but I had a great time. Front desk manager was kind and efficient and she made sure to let her know if I needed anything while I was there. The room smelled and looked clean. Shower pressure was great. This was the cheapest hotel in the area and it had a mini fridge and microwave in the room! Quiet and safe location; I had no complaints. For a similar price, I’ll take this over a Motel 6 any day. There is also on-site laundry, pool, and vending machines. There’s a breakfast room, but they weren’t serving when I stayed, so that’s the only bummer. All in all, it was an affordable and safe stay.

The most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. I don’t care about fancy amenities. I don’t have ridiculously high standards and I usually stay at more affordable places. But this place was insane. Trash, Mold. So disgusting that I went to Ralph’s, got Clorox wipes and wiped all the surfaces and floors. Every wipe ended up black. And the staff was ridiculous. There were three pillows on one bed and two in the other. I said we were short a pillow and requested another. She said there were no extras and that it was standard to put three pillows on one bed and two on the other(pictures show that was a lie lol). They wouldn’t give extra towels either. She claimed they had no extra supplies.

Very rude old Indian lady that doesn't know how to talk to customers is at the front desk. Bathroom was dirty. Spoke to a different lady probably the daughter, After I paid for my room no one told me they had a power outage. I had to find out by trying to turn lights on in my room. After I told her that I needed a refund because no one told me there was an outage at their place and I could ve went else where, she wanted to charge me 10 dollars . I almost called the police just because she was try to scam me on anything she could.

If you ever wanted to know what a hotel in a questionable neighborhood of Tijuana was like, stay here. Unfriendly check in, clean sheets but no comforter, small pillows, very hard spring bed, many holes in the wall, wires hanging from the ceiling, decades old fixtures, mismatched furniture, cracked tiles and drywall, pealing paint, burnt out lightbulbs, moldy tile grout and excessive caulking trying to hold it all together.
