I got bed bug bites after staying at this disgusting dump! We booked 2 rooms. They were both dirty and well worn. The bedding and furniture looked like it all came from a yard sale - old, used, and worn. The walls had cracks and chunks of plaster missing. The carpets were filthy, and I refused to take my shoes off. The tub was stained and dirty. The microwave was on the floor (?!). Good location, but not worth the risk of BED BUGS

The only positive things to say about this place are that the location is good, it was one of the most inexpensive places I could find, and it had decent parking. Otherwise, this place is downright gross and a huge disappointment. The photos online are hugely deceptive. Nothing is being maintained or updated - the walls have holes, the carpets are disgusting, there's dirt on all baseboards, and I refused to get in the shower. The beds are hard with flat pillows.

I stayed in this location over the weekend. Looks like a family run business. I was in the renovated room. The renovated room is very good and clean. The staff is very nice and you have enough parking space in the Inn. Very close to downtown area.

Very friendly and helpful staff Good value for the money, don’t expect luxury. Location is close to nice restaurants and shops. Walkable distance to downtown SLO too. Book directly to get best price

One of the most affordable and vfm stays in SLO, Excellent hospitality by the family who runs it. Definitely coming back again
