I request specific king size bed and they gave me two queen size bed. The reservation was paid already and the clerk charge additional for staying in the hotel. The bed makes a lot of noise and the pillow were too flat. I gave two star just because they gave water bottle..

I never stayed at this place but I got hang up phone calls morning after morning after morning at 7:30 from a company they hired to advertise for them. The company calls you at the crack of dawn and then hangs up on you when you call the number back to find out who called you then they tell you you've booked a room and they try and scam you. When you call the hotel itself to let them know what's going on the employees act like a bunch of punky brats and hang up on you. I would never stay there because the lack of respect they show for their customers is sickening. When I asked for a supervisor or a manager they hung up on me repeatedly. Disgusting they have a disgusting group of employees working at the front desk. Somebody needs to clean up there and hire some new employees that care about people and care about their job and The Business. Total disgust!

Was told it was a "no pets allowed hotel." Got woken up at 3am by a dog barking in the room next to us. I attempted to get ahold of the front desk at 8am to see about a possible discount or late check out considering we'd been woken up at 3am. She said the dog next to us was a service dog and she'd speak to the women in the room next to us. Well, that was a lie, considering the woman had already checked out. I would've been happy if they knocked off $20 on the room given the fact that we came here for a vacation and got woken up to a dog at 3AM! I was kind to the woman at the front desk, knowing it wasn't her fault.. she was rude, not helpful, and unwilling to apologize for the huge inconvenience.

Outside appearance is basic but the rooms are very nice for a budget type hotel. No frills but it's a clean place to sleep with excellent water pressure. I would stay again.

Unfriendly staff. the young woman who checked us in was not at all welcoming. Not even a smile. It made me uncomfortable because she just looked really mad. Later that day we were heading out in the parking lot when an angry looking pregnant woman with a small child asked us if we had a reservation...when we said we had been checked in she gave us an dirty look and just turned around to go to her car. In the actual room I could see hair on the bathroom floor like it hadnt been swept and there was hair in the bed and didnt smell "clean". The tv is very small with 3 channels and traffic outside is super noisy. bottomline: it wasnt clean and the staff is rude
