Silverado Resort exceeded expectations in most areas of hospitality with only a few minor exceptions. Our large group started our stay with a late lunch reservation at the Grill….we were sat in a private room which was nice. However, at the conclusion of the meal we were informed the bill could be split between a maximum of 4 cards….we talked our way into having it split amongst 7 cards. Secondly, at the level of service expected at a resort of this level, the servers should know where each food order it to be placed at the table in lieu of calling out the dish and awaiting direction from the guests. Also, upon arrival and prior to rooms being ready (no concern here it was well before check-in time) but there should be direct coordination between the bellhops and the front desk for bags to be seamlessly delivered to the corresponding room without direct guest direction. Highlights of the stay are many! The bellhops and team at the front desk are ALL way above expectations in their friendliness and willingness to help!!! The team taking care of our room each day also did a fantastic job! The grounds are impeccable and very well maintained. The Market is a GREAT place to gather by the patio fire (gas) while enjoying coffee and yummy breakfast bites! We will be back….the overall experience was wonderful and a great place to gather with close friends! 😊 THANK YOU!

Overall fantastic great facility, great service, great job accommodating guests, clean, nice well manicured lawns, good presentation overall clean rooms, onto the minor things: (1) dust ball feel from overhanging lights in the south mansion room (2) bed was worn so my back hurt - bed needs replacement (3) rooms are a but musty so keep bathroom exhaust on (4) the door to the other adjacent room is not insulated so I had to listen to some wife yell at her husband for days about being selfish for her birthday (5)Golf potential is phenomenal but the golf course had so much scalping done every hole had work being done - construction crews everywhere!! - I had to tee from fairway on almost every hole on North and South course :-( and where there was a tee, the sod had been laid but none of it was cut so the grass blades was interfering with teeing off

Food was excellent. Room was on the small side. A "cottage" was actually a 4-plex with shared walls and ceilings. Parking was a short walk depending on which cottage you were given. Renting an entire cottage, all 4 rooms would make for quite the honeymoon suite or family reunion vacation.

🚨 DO NOT STAY HERE – WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! 🚨 I never leave reviews for hotels, but this stay was so unbelievably bad that I had to warn others. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me. You won’t get a minute of sleep. The walls are so thin you’ll hear every step, conversation, and door slam like it’s happening inside your room. The entire hotel smells awful, like the carpets haven’t been cleaned in decades. They charged our cards multiple times, forcing us to spend a fortune on overseas calls to fix their mistake. The staff? Rude, unprofessional, and completely useless. When we raised concerns, they offered no real solutions—just a copy-paste apology with zero intention of fixing anything. This place is beyond saving. Even if it were the last hotel on Earth, I’d rather sleep on the street. Avoid at all costs.

We stayed here for a work trip and had a great experience overall. Everyone we encountered was super friendly. Kristen and Donna at the Grill & Bar were our favorite people! Not only were they super friendly, they had great recommendations for food and drinks there and throughout the town. We loved getting to see them every day on our trip. The only experience that was not good was my spa experience. I booked the Lomi Lomi massage and was booked with Lisa. I felt as though she was pretty short with me and throughout the session she was rough and did not have a good flow to her massage. Other than that, we love the Silverado resort and will be back!
