There are many great bakeries in the San Francisco Bay Area, but bouchon still is maintaining their quality after all these years. My favorite pastries were the pistachio macron and the almond croissant. We also got the eclair but it was filled with chocolate and it was too sweet in my opinion. Definitely check it out if you're in the area.

We visited Bouchon Bakery last week, and it was an amazing experience. While the selection of desserts and pastries was somewhat limited, the quality of the food more than made up for it. Every item we tried was crafted with precision and attention to detail, delivering exceptional flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was attentive. If you appreciate top-notch bakery treats, Bouchon Bakery is a must-visit!

Late Dec2024 Right next to the Bouchon Bistro is their bakery outlet where you can purchase their famed breads and other creations. Not necessarily "bouchon" type of confections as they generally offer traditonal and trendy collections of baked fare. Of note is the classic croissant and its variations and their macarons. It is important to note that there is a regular impatient queue outside this one outlet which makes one's visit a bit pressured and thus makes the counter service hurried as well. There are no dine in options. So best prepare to know your order before hand. Another hopeful improvement is they have a separate counter for online order pickups to lessen the queue. The food though was of impeccable quality despite the hurried displays.

The croissant is fine. But honestly ... and can't believe I'm going to say this ... but Trader Joe's almond knot is better ... lighter, fluffier, more almond flavor. $30 for 2 coffees and 2 croissant including tax and tip. Not really worth it, but a fun visit to Yountville nonetheless. Staff was excellent.

Endless queues at a renowned establishment. Adjacent to the Bistro and nearby lies the French Laundry, providing a plethora of dining options from the renowned chef Thomas Keller. The bread options are not only delectable but also visually appealing and overall a delightful experience. Every option is wonderful. The service staff is cordial and efficient, ensuring that the queues flow smoothly. We highly recommend this spot.
