If I could give 10 stars, I would! This family business is truly an asset to our community and tourists. IMO- top notch repair, sales, rentals and customer service. When I was looking to buy a RAD or Himiway, I was able to ride in store models to find the perfect fit and customizations. FT is the only RAD dealer in the area. Got a rack there too. Much appreciation!

We rented bikes and were out at wineries finishing up a tasting with plenty of time to get back to the store, the owner called us demanding the bikes back now and telling us we didn’t have time to come back. We are not from the area so we didn’t realized the timing and apologized and the owner was still rude. He came and pick up our bikes and left us at the winery… on their website it states “every day 9am to 5:30pm”, we were also not told of a late return fee of $50. We offered to end our tasting early but the owner pick our bikes up anyways. He also stated if he isn’t at the shop at 5 to lock up the bikes outside the shop for he to get whenever he gets back…

I was completely blown away by the exceptional customer service Chris provided. I was planning a birthday ride at some wineries with a group and he assisted in making it a huge success by staying in touch with bike rentals for our party (how many were left, etc.), gave fantastic recommendations for wineries and restaurants, and even helped us with a booking we were having trouble with at on of the local spots. We decided later we thought it would be safer with a guide and we even got help with that and got the best guide we could have asked for who kept us safe and was great company. The bikes were so much fun to ride and our group had a blast. The bikes had water and snacks in the zipper bag and when we returned Chris brought us a bottle Chandon to share. Above and beyond with the details! If you are considering a bike rental, definitely go to Fat Tire Bike Rental. So grateful we did because it made a normal bike day an unforgettably fun birthday celebration.

We just bought 3 Himiway C5 e-bikes from Fat Tire in Napa. The level of customer service, follow through, knowledge of their product and hospitality was next level!!! For a moment it felt like a step back in time, where people still cared about providing quality customer service. It didn’t just feel like profit was the motive. It felt like the Napa I remember as a child. My family left Fat Tire bike rental feeling like we mattered. Chris gave us a solid discount, and even delivered the bikes to our home after he assembled them for us. Seriously, you made 3 customers for life. Chris was excellent . White glove service in Napa! Our group was amazed at his service. The bikes were great but it was more Chris than anything . Before writing the review I was curious so I looked at rating . No surprise he has all 5 star reviews . We will be back!
