Strong coffee, etc. I could go on, but Anna is a Tier One operator when it comes to hospitality and the details which make the difference between good and great. We will be back. This is our new first option. Been to about 6 hotels. This is the go to.

Just checked out after a blissful two nights in Morro Bay. The entire vacation exceeded all expectations but staying here was just perfect. Anna was so helpful in getting us settled and we were able to walk to almost everything we did while in Morro Bay. The fireplace in the room was such a cozy treat on the cool nights and the view of the rock was amazing! Can’t recommend this little gem of an inn enough!

Amazing experience from start to finish. I booked the 1 king bedroom suite with the kitchen. Even before booking, the staff was so helpful answering all my questions as I was adamant about finding a place with a kitchen. The BB Inn staff delivered! Very easy to find on a quiet corner with plenty of parking. Vicky was so incredibly sweet at check in and during the provided breakfast. Very cute place, comfy bed, and just a great place overall to relax and enjoy a nice change of pace from the city. Walking distance to everything including the downtown, Foster Freeze, and even the Albertsons to buy a few items we forgot. Already looking forward to staying again soon!

My husband and I stayed here last month and we genuinely loved it! We notified them that we were going to arrive last lobby hours and it was no problem for them! They were very helpful and clear with check-in instructions. I love the fact that they provide a fresh, light breakfast for their guests every day! The location is great, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the fire place is wonderful, and the guest book is a great touch! I highly recommend staying here!
