Rooms are fine and have what’s needed. Beds are comfy. Location is walkable to most of Morro bay. It’s a pretty small town. Our room smelled of smoke though and there was a noisy crowd above us. I would say it’s a bit pricey for the value but definitely did the job

A super hotel for a stay in relaxing Morro Bay. The receptionist was very good and the room was large. Everywhere was clean and we even had a spare towel. There were the usual amenities such as a refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave. We were trying to find out if Highway One was passable to Carmel and the receptionist phoned up a friend a couple of times to let us know that it was indeed shut. Outside there were a couple of seating areas with tables, both of which had views of the bay. We enjoyed our stay at the Bay View and would recommend it.

Getting a room here was definitely done trying to be budget conscious for a trip to the area. I was extremely surprised to find a nice, spacious, and well maintained room when finally arriving. The room was very nice, not only for the price, they were genuinely nice rooms. The bed was definitely on the harder side, but that actually did make sense for what we paid. I would absolutely stay here again if we ever head through the area again.

Management was very helpful and pleasant. Enjoyed the view of Morro Rock from my room, a real plus. Good location, convenient to lots of things.

Gosh some of the reviews weren't that great so I didn't know what to expect Boy was I shocked Just the cleanest little room! I had both my dogs in there, the room smelled clean and fresh, the linens were clean and fresh. The towels were clean and fresh The place was spotless, and it's right on the boardwalk! it's adjacent to everything and they allow pets! Pet parents this is a five-star must stay if you're going to be in Morro Bay! Just the nicest people, the owner was just so helpful! I was on a fishing trip and had to check out a few hours later and they were so nice and so helpful! Just one of the best places I have ever stayed. *****
