We came visit this park to observe the winter season Monarch butterflies reservation trail, in additional to the famous Natural Bridge. We were lucky enough to see several clustered butterflies and lots of flying butterflies. What a pleasant visit!

Natural Bridges State Beach is a breathtaking spot! Such a serene and peaceful place to capture stunning photos, especially during sunset over the Pacific Ocean. The views are absolutely mesmerizing, and the natural rock formations add a unique touch to the scenery. It’s a must-visit in Santa Cruz, California, for anyone who loves nature and beautiful sunsets!

The beach is classic but probably always a bit crowded for my taste. Parking is easy but probably fills up on popular beach days. We went recently and there was a group picnicing at the tables but plenty of open tables as well. The butterfly trail has a nice wooden bridge over the marsh for viewing the butterflies and birds like the group of egrets we saw there. There's a also a nice restroom, gifts shop type building at the parking lot.

Very nice beach with a lot of sea birds. The nature bridge has collapsed but the beach is still beautiful.

Beautiful views, clean (no dogs allowed), benches for parties, and good amount of parking, and the lifeguards on alert were great, too. It wasn't crowded since school started. I will definitely go back with friends and family! ($10 parking fee for the day)
