The location and the hotel's staff is the best. The property needs some maintainance but it is actually a little bit nicer in comparison to other same level hotels in the area. We did not try the breakfast there, as there are a lot of nice coffee and brunch places around the area.

I was extremely disappointed with the hotel staff during my stay. At around 8 AM, I was rudely awakened by loud knocking on the door by the staff, only to be reminded that checkout was at 11 AM. This was completely unnecessary and disrupted my rest. A simple phone call or a reminder at check-in would have sufficed. Guests should be allowed to enjoy their stay without being disturbed so early in the morning. This experience left a negative impression, and I hope the management takes steps to improve their service.

Never done a review before, but had to write this to make sure others didn't make the same mistake I did. They have some rooms that look as good as the ones pictured, but most are so crammed that leaves you no room to walk around. Breakfast isn't even an option once you experience it once and realise what you've got yourself into. It was a fight to get most people at the front, off of their airpods and private calls to discuss anything. The only saving grace is the location, but my advice would be to splurge a little and get a room that you know you'll be comfortable with and that you can see pictures of before arriving, and being shocked at what you're trapped in.

Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Location is the reason I keep coming back! So accessible to multiple tubes, Paddington, and in a great neighborhood!! I stayed here in June 2024 and now February 2025 and the room I stayed in this time could really use a refresh- the carpet is looking tired and the headboard/footboard of the beds was peeling and looking rather old and worn out.

Location is the reason for this hotel. The rooms are tiny. They are well kept though and the staff are nice. The walls are thin and you can hear everyone around you. Same as the windows and the noise from outside. Great location as it is a short walk to main streets and the park.
