The hotel looks good on the inside, And good on the inside but there was NO service at all, Not even a person to greet me at the door! This is unacceptable. But on the bright side the rooms were comfortable and the location is amazing

For a hotel situated right next to wembley arena, I expected a lot better. The bar area was sticky and disgusting. The room I had was filthy. Tiles cracked and starting to fall off the wall in the bathroom, dirty hand prints all over the wall above the bed, electrical sockets not fixed to the wall properly, towel rail was damaged and bent causing the tiles to crack, ripped carpet. The whole room felt unclean. Our hot water wouldn't work in the shower so we called reception to see if there was any way of getting it fixed, the person on reception shouted at my wife over the phone expecting her to fix the shower herself. Reception eventually sent someone to fix the shower which took him five minutes with a screwdriver. I will honestly never stay there again, dirty, run down hotel

The hotel is situated just off wembley stadium literally five minute walk, as always in London space is a premium so parking was restricted to first come first served approximately twenty vehicles. The hotel was quite large and I have to say disappointing the rooms were clean but well used with old furnishings, basic bedding two pillows only with no extra bedding supplied in the rooms. The tv was a wall fitted affair, very small, 20-inch. The on suite was basic well used with floor tiles lifting due to water spillage, no bath towels. However, we had hand and face towels, no spare provided overall, poor all around from service,parking,and on-site facilities.

A pretty standard experience here. Furniture in room was in various states of disrepair, scuffs, wobbly chairs and tables, etc. The rooms could do with a good makeover as the atmosphere is quite outdated. Shower? cold. Breakfast was decent - tea, coffee, croissants, the works. Mostly quiet at night despite the busy location.

Great hotel, 5 minutes walk to Wembley stadium, enough free parking for circa 25 Cars which is first come first served, hotel is quite dated compared to all others around, however was clean and staff very helpful! Will stay again and would recommend!
