After a very long ride to this location it was refreshing to walk into this new within the last year hotel. We had problems with our online reservation but the staff worked non stop until they made it right, even though it wasn’t the hotels mistake, they accommodated my families needs. The 2 different rooms we stayed in were very spacious and immaculately cleaned. The pool was nice for the kids to swim in after long days. The free hot breakfast was outstanding and a bit different each morning. We looked forward to something different to eat. Everything was well cooked and fresh. Everything was clean. The staff was just as friendly as someone you’ve known for a long time… very easy to interact with.

We recently stayed at the Poughkeepsie NY Home2 Suites for 18 days and we have no complaints at all. We were in the area visiting family. The location was perfect for visiting family and great for shopping and restaurants. The staff were all friendly, professional, helpful, efficient, etc. The rooms were decorated with pleasant colors, plenty of room and storage. The full size refrigerator was great for any foods from a grocery store or leftovers. And the room is very comfortable for relaxing. The parking is adequate. There is a good sized gym and indoor pool as well as outdoor seating. The price is reasonable. The breakfast is good. There is a section for purchasing snacks, beverages, and frozen meals. We have stayed twice and will return.

Honestly, this is probably one of the nicest hotel I have experienced especially for something local and close to home. It was very clean, staff was very welcoming and helpful and pleasant. The pool was open , let me add although I didn’t use them they provide you with towels in the pool area. Like where they do that at? The gym was very nice. I love the kitchenette in the room, love that they had a full size fridge , plates cups etc. They also provide toiletries if you forget to bring your own . Overall experience was A1. Complimentary breakfast was very good had several options and everything was fresh and served warm. Def coming back. A time was had here !!! If you were wondering if you should book it , DO IT!! 😊

Worst Hilton property experience. 1. Room wasn't cleaned or towels replaced the second day. Was informed (after the fact that they only clean and replace towels every 2 days). When I protested, all they did was shrug their shoulders. Not good. 2. Asked for the hotel manager to reach out to me the next day. They noted it down in front of me. No one ever reached out to me throughout our stay 3. Two days in, on our way out at 9am, asked for the room to be cleaned (per their reduced schedule). They took my room number and promised it will be done right away. When I got back to the room at 4pm, they were just then starting to clean the room. I had to wait in the hallway while they rushed cleaned. Not good. 4. When we left (4 days later), the dirty towels from the first day were still in the room. 5. The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable and the springs are worn out. I wouldn't expect it for a 1 year old hotel. They must have transferred used mattresses for another property. Not good. Worst apathetic insincere customer service I have experienced.
