Absolutely horrible. The “hotel” is in actuality, a dirty motel. Way more disgusting than the pictures make it out. Insect infested, hair on the bed, stinks of cigarettes, stains on the couch. Staff unprofessional and unwilling to help. They are selling liquor openly at the front desk, also not something that was advertised. We immediately tried to vacate our reservation and asked for a refund, to which they offered us a “room upgrade” that was just a slightly bigger room, again with stains everywhere, hair on the bed, and dead bugs. We were told the only way we can receive a refund is by speaking with the manager, who conveniently has not been available for days as we keep calling.Do not stay here.

The rooms don’t look like the one in the photos, the dirty spaces, the reception looks like a liquor store and in addition there was a mouse inside the room.. I communicated it at the reception and they told me that it was normal because of the entrance doors that are automatic

Beds are extremely comfortable! Ev chargers there but they never mentioned it's free . Prices are ok, just be prepared for spiked taxes, lol. Overall, it's not a bad stay

First let me say how unsafe we felt. There running a liquor store in the front where you check in, so guest come second when trying to check in, second the sign out front reads newly renovated, NOT, the place was a unorganized mess. To top it off I reserved a king room but we got a full size bed. $170 something for a full size bed. DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL A response. First my reservation shows a king room. Our bed was not a king bed, I know the difference between a king bed and a full size bed. We paid for a king room and did not get it. Also I watched and heard conversations of 2 different people come in to buy alcohol, one infact was under age. So don't lie and say you only sell to guest.

Room wasn't not the cleanest. On the couch there was decent amount of stains and in the bathroom when u try and take a shower water is spraying everywhere. Tried and get it to where it wasn't but still water went everywhere. Shower curtain was closed all the way. Water stains on the ceiling from water going everywhere. And when walking up and down the steps to hallway to get to room from lobby there was always some kind of bug or bugs on the steps. Steps were not near entry way of lobby so definitely not issue coming right from outside. Plus hotel smelled like weed really bad.
