I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel, and when we finally did it didn’t disappoint. It’s soo charming and cute, yet remains to be perfectly updated. Stunning views from the rooms, lovely staff, and you can’t beat the location. We stayed on a Monday in the off season so prices were affordable, but I’m sure room rates can get pretty high here on weekends given how great this place is.

We had a great experience overall. Service, location and the restaurant were all excellent! We liked that we were able to text the hotel workers. The rooms were lacking based on the price-- the aesthetic, housekeeping and sound were out issues. There is quite literally no sound proofing, we could hear everything in the hallways and those next door to use. The bathroom and decor/furniture are quite dated. Housekeeping was timely but lacked attention to detail. No room service. For the price I expected a bit more, but I understand some of these issues are based on the building being dated.

We checked into The Landsby at 11 PM for a one-night stay. Our friends had booked the room for us, paying $230 in advance and mentioning that we had a pet. They recommended the hotel based on their positive experience staying with pets. Upon arrival, the front desk asked for a credit card for any potential damages, which we provided. The room itself had a quirky layout but was overall a charming space, though quite pricey for what it was. When we checked out, we were surprised to be charged an additional $20 for parking and a $100 pet fee. We were shocked because we would have parked elsewhere if we had known about the parking fee, and our pet is a service animal. It wasn’t clear if the $100 charge was per night or for the entire stay, but it was never communicated to us during check-in. I've also never heard of additional parking charge for a hotel you are staying at ... At a total of $350 USD for one night, we found the experience disappointing. While they did provide a branded poop bag holder, Milk-Bone treats, a bottle of water, and a pet water bowl, it fell short of the experience our friends had, where their pets received a dog bed and toys. It seems like there’s been a change in ownership, and the lack of transparency and poor communication about fees made the stay frustrating. Overall, I would give this hotel 1 out of 5 stars. I expected better for the price and based on our friends' recommendation.

Can't wait to stay here! They have happy hour and a great restaurant. Why travel around when you can have it all in one place?!

This is the place you take your loved ones to and capture those memories. Staff were more than accommodating. The food is excellent and the bar staff were top notch. Loved being walking distance to everything.
