Excellent! Clean, very friendly, and professional staff, really nice breakfast choices, and 2 blocks from Advent Health Hospital, which was super convenient to walk to daily. The room was large, the bed was super comfy along with pillows, and the fridge was an ample size to hold ice packs in the freezer section. About 2 miles from grocery stores, lots of restaurants & eateries on N. Orlando St, and shopping. Call their front desk to get a "hospital discount rate" on your stay if you have a loved one in the hospital. Free parking during your stay. Enjoy your stay!!

Carmen at the front desk took care of us. She was amazing all night and morning. She was very personable and very considerate. As this hotel was just a short night trip for us, it really beat a lot of the nicer hotels we have stayed. The location was nice (right next to a Panera Bread). We were less than 30 minutes away from Weikwa Springs and very close to Viet Town with all the great food (even through Doordash). The breakfast was from 6:30 am to 9:30 am and it's your basic continental breakfast (had waffle station) and 24/7 coffee and tea. There is a hot tub out doors (it was hot) and it was amazing! There's also a pool and a gym. In all seriousness, I really enjoyed our stay, especially because of Carmen's hospitality.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. When I arrived, the front desk staff member who I later learned is part of the management team spoke to me in a curt and dismissive way. While I’m unfortunately used to this kind of tone, it still made for an unpleasant first impression. More importantly, I asked about a late check-out due to a late flight the next day and said I was happy to pay for it. I was told it would be a $50 charge, and I’d have the room until 3–5 PM. I agreed and paid. However, the next morning another front desk member said there was no such option and that the $50 would be returned as a security deposit — but I had to vacate by 1 PM. When I returned later and spoke to a third staff member, I was told there was no note about my late check-out request in the system at all, which is confusing considering I made the arrangement with a member of management. This is a hospitality business — I paid extra for a service I didn’t receive, and the communication was inconsistent at best. I did not have a good experience.

The hotel is our comfy place as my wife had surgery at Advent Health and has ongoing follow-ups with her surgeon there. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is very good, the coffee is excellent and the staff are helpful.

Decent sized room, free parking. Friendly staff. Room rate was reasonable when I stayed there (Easter weekend) Only downside is the fitness center elliptical was a bit... antiquated
