This Sheraton was worth the premium price over some of the nearby other hotels. It was very clean and had comfortable beds (and I'm very picky with hotel beds!). Despite being pet friendly, there was no residual pet or bad smells like other hotels I've been at. Mona at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating to our family! We very much appreciated her friendliness and help!

The Sheraton Hotel is THE place to stay and host your special event in Redding! We had our wedding there on May 17, 2025. It was the most gorgeous event, and every single staff member we worked with was incredibly helpful. Sierra, our event coordinator, worked with us in the months leading up to the wedding. She was so easy to work with, very flexible and prompt on any changes we made, and is just so kind. She loves her work and it clearly shows! Her treatment of us was reflected by all staff, and not only just to us but also to our guests! We had so many wedding guests tell us how accommodating the event staff was, ensuring guests had refreshments or tastings of whatever they wished. In addition to their amazing event hosting operations, the Sheraton also has wonderful hotel rooms. They are so clean, modern, and spacious. Thank you, Sheraton Redding, for making our wedding event so special, and for treating us and our guests so well!

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. We went to the Sheraton for my daughter’s birthday. She excitedly told the front desk about her birthday and that she had just received student of the month at school. After we came back from dinner that night we found chocolate covered strawberries, fancy water on ice, a stuffed turtle and a personalized birthday card for my daughter saying how honored the hotel was to have a student of the month at their hotel. Wonderful experience, wonderful staff, thank you for the great experience!

Stayed over the weekend with my wife and two friends. Killing time before the Turtle Island Lantern exhibit, we spent time in the Club Lounge. Tanner was hosting and so kind helpful and friendly. Played 4 way cribbage with my group and had a blast! Top notch coffee machine, beer and wine warm corn bread, warm chocolate chip cookies and nice mixed green salad with cherry tomatoes and grated mozzarella and ranch dressing! I will definitely be back and make sure to get Club Lounge access. BTW breakfast and Cassidy were awesome as well. Thank you Sheraton for a wonderful stay! Just met Coyan at Club Lounge - so friendly and kind.

We stayed here for a wedding 💍 and the staff was great. We got wine in the club house and Tanner was very helpful letting us know about breakfast and coffee choices. At the wedding reception at the Sundial bridge the bartender and wait staff was so nice and accommodating! Sloan was a great bartender. Also on our next day we got entrance to the museum and animal sanctuary. The hotel has tickets so you can feed a lorikeet.
