I stayed here and worked here. My kids are safe and they treat us like family. I wanted to write this review because people come on google and write bad reviews, but a lot of thing are not true. I just felt like it today. It’s a far cry from what is was before to what it is now.

The room service is very good , staff are totally respectful to me and my family, treat everyone with respect room service is good housekeeping are very respectful, customer service is very good, management is very good this is the best hotel I ever been to

My stay was very nice. The staff was pleasant. (Chevron , Ms. Candice and Angle ) My room was very clean and it smelled good. I can honestly say it was quiet and I got the best rest . I will be returning

The staff is friendly we have stayed here for a while. It's clean convenient to all. Augusta mall Candace Che one and team are great. We feel safe and love staying at this property.
