First, the Google picture was very deceiving from what it actually looks like. All the soap dispensers were either empty or almost. The safety lock on the door was dismantled. Very sketchy area, felt unsafe. And pretty positive the bed was gross, you know. They also denied that so they won't be cleaning and I did not stay the night, left after 1 Hr. And they refused to refund me. Stay away from this place! I wish I would have read more reviews!

One Star - Would Not Recommend We checked in around 6pm to the Red Roof Inn in Moraine, Ohio, and the experience went downhill fast. The bathroom was dirty, the floors were filthy, and we ended up using the bath towels to clean their floors—yes, really. The front desk attendant even asked us why the towels were black. They were black from cleaning their dirty room! The sheets were clearly not fresh, and the air conditioner barely worked, which made for an uncomfortable night. The night crew did at least come to try to fix the AC, so I’ll give them credit for that. However, the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. To top it off, the hotel is in a very sketchy area. It looks like some people actually live in parts of the hotel, which adds to the uncomfortable atmosphere. What’s even more frustrating is they’re still holding our $100 deposit, despite the fact that a local customer paid in cash and didn’t have to leave one. It’s disappointing and feels unfair. I would not recommend staying here unless it’s an absolute last resort.

Scam Alert!!! Beware. Do not stat here. Booked via Red Roof Inn phone number from the Red Roof Inn website, received email and text confirmations from Red Roof Inn, only to be told that this was processed by Expedia, and only Expedia could issue a refund. Called back after leaving, and was told only the property owner can issue a refund. No AC in some rooms. No TV in other rooms. Electrical issues in other rooms. Plumbing problems in rooms. Dirty property. Homeless people wandering the property. Was told they couldn't honor and of the the things they had confirmed on the phone (handicap room, king size bed, adjoining rooms- not unreasonable asks) and that we had to get my disabled wife up a flight of stairs to rooms without one, or more, of AC, electric, plumbing, or TV. This business doesn't act in good faith and is a blight on the community. Red Roof Inn, if they are a legitimate company still, should remove their name from this property.

Friendly people at the front desk. No microwave or refrigerator in room, they charge extra if ya want a microwave, it's simply disgusting to have to share a community microwave in a area close to front desk. By the time u heat your food it's not hot when ya get back to the room. I was also pleased to have a later checkout time. However only two hand towels and two wash cloths in room, by the time I realized no towels in bathroom I was already in shower.. thankfully I had towels with me. And while in shower the water did not drain. . Clean rooms, my curtains had a tear in the top and I had a heck of a time making them stay shut. Overall friendly staff though

I am not able to give a review about the location or rooms. I found out after I paid for a room that there was $100 deposit upon check in. I went to call them directly. I called 4 times and each time they hung up on me. And I know because I'd hear them pick up, hear background noise, and then then hanging up. Incredibly unprofessional and now I'm out of my money and a room. Unprofessional.
