I was on a business trip in the area and stayed 2 nights at Fairfield Inn & Suites Canton South. I’m a Muslim and during Ramadan, we fast from sunrise to sundown. It happened that my fasting starts at 6 am so I needed to have an earlier breakfast before I start my fasting. I asked Abby if I can have a small plate before the 6 am (breakfast buffet opens at 6 am) and she said sure, we will accommodate your request. She communicated with Jonathn Davis and for 2 nights, Jonathon actually opened up the breakfast area at 5 am; one hour earlier than the standard time. I really appreciate Jonathon and Abby professional customer service.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly warm and friendly. Before check-in, they confirmed through the online chat that I had been upgraded to a suite and even inquired about the purpose of my visit. The next morning at breakfast, I noticed an older front desk staff member chatting kindly with a guest’s child. The staff also held a brief meeting, and despite most of them being older, their work attitude and passion were clearly outstanding. Overall, highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable rooms. Spacious work desk with vibrant artwork. Communal computer station. Swimming pool open until 9:00 p.m. Well equipped bathroom with wonderful hot shower. Convenient fridge and microwave in room. I had a comfortable stay and I felt very safe here.

Perfect location, good breakfast, not great but did the trick. The rooms were clean and looked nice. Our second stay there and we'll be back. Please add a meat to your breakfast

Wife and I stayed 2 nights for a birthday trip. Place was clean, safe and quiet. 5 minutes from pro football hall of fame. Typical free breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
