The Island in Pigeon Forge is absolutely magical at night! My fiancé took me there, and it was such a romantic experience. We walked around, explored the shops, and ended the night riding the SkyWheel under the stars. The views were stunning, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful, fun, and full of charm. Whether you’re shopping, grabbing a bite, or just enjoying the lights and music, it’s the perfect place for couples or anyone looking for a memorable night out. Highly recommend it!

Definitely worth the stop! With all the dining and entertainment you can spend hours there. Pro tip: get the ride pack if you have kids. Is like $30 some dollars for unlimited rides for 48 hours! Well worth the investment.

The island was a very cool experience. There are shopping centers ranging from restaurants to candy stores, plus build a bear, and many more! They have a free light/fountain show every 30 minutes throughout the day. Rides are $6/piece or $39 for an unlimited ride wristband. I’m not sure if it’s honored all year but when we went the wristbands were good for 48 hours! If you lose the wristband, you can get a new one for $5 with your receipt. The gondola Ferris wheel was unnecessarily expensive. Wrist band holders get on for free but otherwise it’s $17 a ride. If you want to buy tickets for your kiddos, as a parent you ride free for any rides that require a chaperone (your kid doesn’t meet height requirement to ride solo for the ride). Parking can be challenging but they have shuttles for the free parking lot. We brought 3 young kids under the age of 5 and there were surprisingly quite a few rides for our 2 year olds, though none were solo.

We truly enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and to go to the Island In Pigpen Forge it was beautiful and it has so much to do, for the kids and adults. So much to see we walked around ate, shopped, ate some more ride rides sat in the rocking chairs around the fountain, we just had the best time ever all the kids were sleeping by the time we got back to our cabin this is a great place for family vacation I loved it here !!!!

What a fun place for all ages! I'd like to stay another day just to explore this little gem. Came for the Sky Fly. It was so much fun, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat! Of course, we hit The Old Smoky Moonshine tasting, and yes, we are bringing some back home :) Free parking and free shuttle ride.
