I wasn't NOT expecting what happened. And how this place is. Don't worry it's all good. Let's get into it. From the moment I parked to the moment we walked in from the doors opening, to the hostess stand/counter this was a great first impression. We were a party of 4. They gave excellent corner seating at a booth. Once we sat down we were attended to immediately. And it didn't stop there. We were attended to continuously. Probably some of the BEST service at a steak house I've ever received. And I'm not exaggerating. I've been to your basics BOA, Masteos etc all trash. THIS was a far different experience. More personal and professional with everything provided. From the menu and its explanation. From the food to the specials. Our waiter Jose C did an outstanding job. With professionalism, clear speech and easy understanding that all the menu has to offer. From start to finish I don't have a single complaint. Let's move onto the food. Ceviche trilogy. This is as mixed.. the crab one tasted like imitation crab... even though they swear it wasn't... I don't know I think I know my crab lol. It's ok if you use it as a filler for using real crab and that's what they did. But just admit it. That's my only issue. However the heirloom and lobster mango ceviche was INSANE. Absolutely delicious. Cooked perfectly in citrus. Marinated just right. Highly recommend just asking for those two if possible. NY strip. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. Medium rare. One of the best NY strips I've ever had. Without a doubt. Five onion soup/french onion soup. Not too salty. Just the right amount of savory. Onions caramelized perfectly. Cheese melted perfectly. Can't go wrong with this if you like a good French onion soup. The drinks were amazing too! They don't skimp on the liquor and mixtures. Had a few and they were outstanding. I highly recommend the "now you see me" So would I recommend this place? I think that should be obvious by now. YES. If you like steak houses and want a different atmosphere. A bit more classy and less loud. With a much more sophisticated and older crowd? Go here. Enjoy!

Restaurant is definitely an experience - they have some very great choices for appetizers and entrees. You definitely come here for the steak selection, but also some great choices of lamb and fish. The steaks come in a massive size, specifically the dry aged! Desserts are proper, highly recommended the hazelnut bar. Wine and drink selection is long, can't go wrong with some of the favorites.

Great food, it is a quite pricey for what it is, but the flavor and the service was amazing, surprisingly great cocktails. Would come back, for a starter we had a half dozen oysters which were seasonal. We did not order salad or soup unfortunately, for the main course I ordered the NY strip(16oz) and it was immaculate, she ordered the bone marrow crusted filet(I believe 9oz) but I think the NY strip was much better for just a few dollars more. Would definitely come back, just keep in mind it will be a bit pricey.

My friends and I went to this restaurant for the first time. They brought some bread with butter as starter. The bread was so delicious with 6 different flavors (such a great idea). The bread definitely was a 5. Then we ordered ahi tuna and artichoke as appetizers. The artichoke had too much garlic, overwhelmingly. The tuna was average as well. For entree, we ordered pork chop which was delicious and juicy, accompanied with some vegetables. The accompanied potato and bacon and the sauce were not great. Overall, I gave them 3 as the appetizer and the accompanied vegetables of the entree average for such an expensive restaurants.

Every year, we celebrate our kids’ birthdays by dining at a special restaurant, and this year, we chose The Ranch. This was my second visit to The Ranch, and just as I remembered, it’s an upscale fine dining restaurant. The interior beautifully combines Western charm with luxurious design, and the dim lighting adds a romantic touch. For appetizers, we had fresh scallops that were exquisitely tender and melted in the mouth. Our main course featured perfectly cooked New York strip and filet mignon, paired with grilled asparagus that was both crisp and flavorful. Complemented by the sommelier’s recommended red wine, the meal was simply beyond words. For dessert, the Hazelnut Crunch Bar stood out with its unique flavor and balanced sweetness—it was truly delightful! We were also deeply appreciative of the restaurant’s thoughtful preparation of a fresh mango sorbet for my lactose-intolerant daughter, making her feel equally cared for. The service was exceptional, with great attention to detail and professionalism. Overall, it was another experience that exceeded our expectations and left us thoroughly impressed!
