I wish that I had only hired Nancy, the woman who drove us from the airport. If it was possible to give a ten out of five, Nancy deserves that. She took an ordinary shuttle and toured it into a tour van for me and my kids, pointing out every landmark and telling LA stories. The driver who transferred us between resorts was a driver. It was a shuttle, nothing special. But the last driver we had dropped us at the wrong terminal. When I contacted Kramer about the mistake, they refunded part of our fare. I’d say an average of four stars. If you can, request Nancy.

had an issue with my Mom when we arrived at the Long Beach Airport, couldn't get to the pick up area when expected. Karmel called they were there and couldn't wait any longer. Thankfully Karmel waited for us and on top of that, the driver was very friendly and courteous. My family and I are thankful with Karmel. on time to/from the airport. we recommend Karmel. Thank you

We had a great experience with Karmel. We needed a ride from LAX to Disney Grand Californian Hotel and back during peak Thanksgiving travel season. We had anxiety about how the pickup would work and whether it would be punctual. It couldn’t have been better! We had perfectly timed pickups, clear instructions, and very courteous drivers both ways. It was a bit pricier than an Uber Black would have been but absolutely worth it. I’ll use Karmel again next time, without hesitation, when traveling to LA with family/kids.

Our driver Francisco was on time, polite, got us safely to the airport on time during the holidays 👍 The booking was super easy. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely be using Karmel again for our next trip to Disneyland.

Our driver had already texted us before we got off the plane. He was very patient as we had 3 kids two with carseats and one with a booster. It ended up just being our family which was nice. Our driver to the airport again was early which was perfect timing as we had just checked out and were waiting. He was also very patient and understanding as our toddler screamed most of the ride because she apparently doesn't care for our travel carseat. He said he had 3 girls as well and understood. We will definitely use them again.
