Oh how I miss this spot. We would camp in big Bear about once a year and would always come to this spot. Finally came back and they added a few new additions. It’s so much fun. We road the Mine Shaft Coaster and it’s soooo much fun!!! 😁 I would do it again, it’s $20 per person. We only had a little bit of time here to spent but I can’t wait to come back.

It was soooooo fun ! The view is beautiful and the coaster is pretty exciting! The price is reasonable! Totally recommend! Oh remember to sign the waiver before ! If you’re a group of many ppls, I’d suggest that some ppls go to line up first and take turns to sign the waiver. There are so many different kinds of rides that you can try ! And also there’s a restaurant that sells burgers and fries, beverages for you to refresh after the rides! It’s also close to so many restaurants too! The parking is free and the staffs are all very nice ! One of the things is that the lockers’ locks are not working 😂 backpacks are not allowed on the rides so you’ll need to put your backpack in the locker or ask friends to look it for you!

It gets busy pretty early. By noon, the parking lot was full. Entrance for tubing was $45 a person. It includes tubes and lift. Hanging out in the food area and outside the play area is free. They do have other types of rides. Went in the Coaster and it was amazingly fun, way better than a ride at an amusement park.

We waited over an hour to sign a waiver. Insane how they haven’t digitized this process. We paid $45 for a basic slope, no variety and quite boring. This place cashes out on the daily but I have no idea where their money goes, cuz it’s definitely not back into the business. Their vending machines don’t even have Credit Card readers, place is from the 1950s. Avoid this place.

Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain was really fun. The Mineshaft Coaster was amazing, & was a coaster that surprised me, with the crazy turns & nothing but a seat belt. The price was $20 per person, which was a bit expensive, but it was pretty fun, and I think it was worth the experience. I also went on Soaring Eagle, and it was good, but as a note, the prices were raised from $10 per person to $12. The Soaring Eagle was pretty fast, and the ride was crazy, but in the end, it definently made a loud sound. Overall, it's a solid ride, but the prices are a bit much. I would go on the Soaring Eagle once, but with the prices, I probably won't go on the Soaring Eagle again. Good place. it just needs to lower prices a tad bit. I went on Labor Day Weekend, but I went 15 minutes before it opened. As long as you arrive early, you will be good to go, and I was the first one of the day to get on the Alpine Coaster. You walk through the kiosk and sign the waiver with a screen, & you get a wristband in order to participate in any rides. The tickets are by each attraction. The Alpine Slide & Water Slide is located past the building, & the Soaring Eagle, Go-Karts, & Mini Golf are located from the parking lot on the right side of the building. The Mineshaft Coaster is by the kiosk & is past the helix next to the parking lot exit. There are brochures located at the kiosk & at Mineshaft Coaster. Finally, you can not buy tickets online.
